Ik ben als jurist afgestudeerd aan de Universiteit Leiden. Ik heb echter voornamelijk gewerkt in de (geestelijke) gezondheidszorg en dat doe ik nog steeds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ik heb een vierjarige HBO-opleiding tot Energetisch therapeut bij Het Johan Borgman College (HJBC) afgerond. Dit college is met deze opleiding opgenomen in het Instituut CAM (Complementary and Additive Medicine). Vervolgens heb ik bij Vita Opleidingen de opleiding tot Complementair therapeut en de opleiding Medische Basisvakken gevolgd. Beide opleidingen duurden een jaar. Daarna heb ik bij Total Health Academy de eenjarige Basis opleiding VoetreflexPlus\u2122 gedaan. En natuurlijk volg ik steeds bijscholingen zoals Voetreflexologie: burn-out en stress bij Ortho Health Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Natuurgeneeskundige therapie\u00ebn<br><\/strong>Sinds tien jaar heb ik een praktijk voor Natuurgeneeskunde waarin ik Energetische therapie en Voetreflexmassage geef. En ik kan gebruik maken van een uniek meetsysteem dat gebaseerd is op Vitalfeld therapie, de Vitalfeld Bodyscan. Dit apparaat kan je gezondheid in beeld kan brengen via elektromagnetische frequenties. Het kan daarmee oorzaken van je lichamelijke klachten en aandoeningen meten en niet goed werkende organen en lichaamsdelen ook behandelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Onderzoek naar je aandoening<br><\/strong>Deze therapie\u00ebn vallen onder de complementaire gezondheidszorg, wat betekent dat zij als aanvulling op de reguliere geneeskunde bestaan. Alhoewel ik dus complementair therapeut ben, vind ik het toch erg belangrijk om zeer goed op de hoogte te zijn van wat je aandoening \u201cregulier\u201d precies inhoudt. Hiervoor raadpleeg ik boeken en tijdschriften, het internet en informatie die bij een eventueel bestaande pati\u00ebntenvereniging bekend is. Deze informatie kan praktisch van aard zijn, maar het kunnen ook verslagen over de huidige stand van de medische wetenschap met betrekking tot je aandoening betreffen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ervaringsdeskundigheid<br><\/strong>Zowel het complementaire als het reguliere deel van de geneeskunde heb ik al op mijn eigen klachten en aandoeningen toegepast. Deze zijn helemaal verdwenen of ik kan ze beter hanteren en mee leven. Het zou fijn zijn als je klacht of aandoening overeenkomt met een van de aandoeningen waarin ik ervaringsdeskundig ben (burn-out, artrose en macula degeneratie), omdat ik daar al heel veel van weet. Maar ook als je een andere klacht of aandoening hebt, zorg ik dat ik naast mijn praktische therapeutische vaardigheden voldoende onderzoek verricht om je goed te kunnen helpen.
